Meet Our Founder & CEO: Dr. Caroline Howe
Dr. Caroline Howe is the visionary founder and CEO of Create Today.
A nationally recognised specialist in psychosocial risk, aging workforce transitions, and disability management, Caroline brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience across mental health, injury recovery, and community inclusion to the helm of the company.
Caroline established Create Today as a vehicle for practical, evidence-informed change.
Driven by Evidence, Focused on Impact.
Caroline’s deep research pedigree directly shapes Create Today’s solutions. She previously served as the Head of Research at icare NSW, where she built the organisation’s first evidence-based research center and spearheaded major multi-university initiatives on vulnerability mapping and psychosocial injury prevention. Her doctoral research at the University of Sydney explored the intricate intersections of aging, migration, and subjective wellbeing, giving her a profound understanding of the psychological challenges faced by diverse communities.
In addition to her role at Create Today, Caroline is the Co-Director of the Psychosocial Safety Leadership Institute, ensuring that Create Today’s strategic direction remains at the absolute forefront of modern legislative standards and psychosocial risk governance.
Grounded in cultural responsiveness, trauma-informed design, and unwavering integrity, Caroline’s philosophy is embedded in every project Create Today takes on: the firm belief that safe, robust systems are the key to an inclusive society.
